Please give 48 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to give 48 hours notice will incur charges to the value of 50% of the session fee. Failure to give a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in the lost of the full session fee. NLP Practice reserves the right to refuse or refer clients should they not be suitable to be treated under NLP Practice UK Ltd. A full refund will be given in these circumstances.
